Angela Kuzior Photography

Angela Kuzior is probably one of the funniest easy going people I have met in a long time. We met a few weeks ago at a family BBQ, where I found out she was a photographer who just started her own photography business. She was snapping photos throughout the day and just gave me these photos of Audrey and I just HAD to share. Nathan and I are so impressed and in love with her photos we have asked her to be our Wedding Photographer!! Please enjoy these photos and if you love them here is more to enjoy!

Goals

Today marks the beginning of my Summer Vacation from school. I get 3 weeks of no homework, cooking assignments and measuring, at school that is. I have made up a list of goals that I want to achieve by the end of my 3 weeks.

Finish the book I started reading 2 months ago
Go through and Get rid of the hundreds of magazines I have
Try the new cupcake recipes I found
Take Audrey to the park at least 3 times a week
Work on my Cookbook
Put together our Wedding book with all the ideas, lists and paperwork

I know it doesnt seem that long but I easily get distracted and have found myself being on the lazy side these last few weeks!Wish me luck!

Nothing says Happy Birthday like Chocolate Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies

So Sunday the 8th is my BEST FRIENDS birthday!! She just moved to Baltimore so unfortunately I cannot be there to party it up with her. SO, I decided to make her a batch of yummy cookies and send her a birthday care package. I made some of the cookies last night and finished the rest today after school. For the chocolate sauce I simply melted mini chocolate chips and HOT I mean HOT milk in a double boiler, or at least my version of one!
Place your metal bowl so it rest on the top of the steaming Water in the pot below, about medium heat.
Place your chocolate chips in the bowl and let them gradually melt
Once the chocolate starts to melt, use a spatula to gently stir
Once the chocolate is thoroughly melted, microwave about 1/2 cup of milk for 1 minute and slowly add to the sauce until well blended.
Once the sauce is blended remove from the heat keeping the bowl over the warm water and dip your cookies, placing on a cooling rack to let cool and drip.
Then admire your work! Im sending these out tomorrow in order to get there in time! This was super easy and so fun!
