Goodie Baskets

We don't buy gifts for everybody and their brothers in our family. If we did we would be broke. So instead I bake each family goodie baskets packed full of yummy cookies, fudge and pumpkin rolls! This year I gave the pumpkin rolls away in Wine Containers, which added an extra pazaz, yes pazaz to them!

Christmas Getaway

This year we are taking a little staycation to this great townhouse we rented! It is only about 30 minutes from where we live but there is so much to do and see in our own backyard that we thought it would be the perfect time to getaway for a few days. We are renting this cute little townhouse!

HONEYMOON!!!

 We are staying at the amazing seaside town of Seabrook,Washington for our honeymoon instead of Vegas. I think it is more romantic and I adore the ocean! This is our cottage that we are renting for 4 days 3 nights! Checkout the website, its is simply breathtaking!

Im talking about my Peach Pineapple Chipotle Chicken Breast

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 Tbsp Salt, you can add more or less depending how much chicken you cook
1 Tbsp Pepper, you can use more or less depending how much chicken you cook
2 Tsp of Cinnamon
Great Value 24oz Peach Pineapple Chipotle Salsa from Walmart

Once your Chicken Breast is thawed out completely, season each side of the breasts with your Salt, Pepper and Cinnamon
On medium to high heat brown each side of the chicken breast until its nice and golden brown covering them while cooking
Once the Chicken is browned, add enough Salsa to cover the bottom of the pan, Be generous!!!
Generously smear the Salsa all over the chicken and cook for additional 5 to 10 minutes on low medium with the top on.

Side Note: I made 4 chicken breast and used almost the whole jar!

Friday Nights

For almost the last 2 months we have been going out to Muckelshoot Casino to Club Galaxy for dancing! It has been the best time especially at the end of the week! Here are more shots of us and our best friends!

Decor and Ideas

These mugs have nothing to do with the Wedding but I thought they were too cute not to share! I bought a set!Only $3 at Marshalls!

Notepads that guests can write little notes to us on, whether small or large! I am thinking about making a Tree that they will hang on after notes have been written on! These will be placed on the Guest Sign in table!

Cupcake Stand, we will be using a mix of different stands that I pick up from here and there! I got this stand for $20 at Marshalls normally $40, what a steal!

We have 10 of these, they will be hanging with tealights in the Cocktail Hour patio from the metal lattice

Flowers::Staying local

We love the Farmers Markets around her especially their huge bouqets of fresh flowers for only $5, $10, $15!

We are buying $100 in Fresh Flowers from the Fresh Flower Farm and putting together the center pieces and bouquets ourselves. It will be fun, saves us money and we are putting money back into the local economy!!

Wedding Location

We are getting married at the Outdoor Terrace on the beautiful campus at Clover Park Technical College at their Student Center! The Outdoor Terrace is surrounded with the gorgeous architecture of the buidling along with the garden that surrounds the building. I know I have not talked much about the wedding but our planning has been fit in here and there. The next few posts will be dedicated to the amazing people who are making our wedding come together!
