With Audrey finally asleep I have time to update my blog, it seems the older she gets the longer at night she stays up. I hope this is not of sign of things to come, but if it is, I should probably get used to rock-in these dark circles I have. Saturday came bright and early after New Years but that was okay because I was finally going to see New Moon with Sam, Megan and Nathan. 
After much pressure from my girlfriends and several other people, I finally read the twilight series. Now, I am no "twihard" but I must admit I did like the books and after seeing the movie I still like the books better. I am excited for the next 2 movies and to see how they bring the books to life. After the movies it was back home for some minor cleaning, a cat nap and game night with my aunt and uncle. When Sunday rolled around I was planning on going to the store but for whatever reason I just could not find the energy. So instead, we watched Angels and Demons, the Seahawks game and I even managed to squeeze in another cat nap.
I did not cook or bake, or even put away laundry this weekend. I deserve a break since I am right back at it Monday morning.Audrey did not have some gas tonight so I spent the rest of the night cuddling her and trying to rock and massage the gas away. After a minor episode of spit up our little angel is sound asleep in her crib.Sigh! It feels nice not to have done a single productive thing. Tomorrow is a day full of errands, a brisk walk down by the water and hopefully a picnic with Nathan and Audrey! Wednesday is my birthday celebration and Nathan and I are getting a babysitter and a hotel room for the night!
