October is for Pumpkins!

Today was another amazing day. Nathan and I took little Audrey to Maris Farms in Bonney Lake for a little pumpkin patch fun! Not only did we pick up some fresh pumpkins but it was Audrey's first time seeing billy goats, piglets, bunnies and little chickens. We got to feed the billy goats that were only a little bigger then Audrey was and bet on piglet races and enjoy old fashioned lemonade! We also took some great photos that I cant wait to frame and add to her baby book. Nathan and I decided that we will make Maris Farms a family tradition each year!Its open pretty much all year around and is usually a tree farm so we might start getting out Christmas tree them as well. I love supporting local farmers and really love knowing exactly where my produce and products come from. As well as going to the pumpkin farm Audrey debut her new t shirt and bib that her Daddy got her. The T shirt says, "Got Candy" and has a little piece of Candy corn on it and from the photo you can see the bib. Nathan did a great job finding these, $1 bin at Target! After the pumpkin patch we all decided to just hang out at home and relax. Audrey and I took a nap while Daddy watched movies! Overall it was a great day! Fall is in full swing and I cant wait for all the holiday festivities and fun!!
