I love being back in school! Culinary School is the best part of my day besides coming home to my family! Since there is not much non restuarant cooking this quarter most of my creativity happens at home! My first meal was Smoked Sausage with a Blackberry and Sweet Chili Glaze with mashed potatoes and corn, the next night was Double Baked Radiatori! | I used homemade Blackberry Jam my Brother in Law's Mom gave me and this bottle of goodness Sweet Chili Sauce, I literally put this on everything! I use half Jam, half chili sauce for the glaze. |

| You can use any type of Jam or Current you want just keep the mix 50/50! |
