MRI is scheduled

So the other day when we took Audrey for her GI appointment the Doctor told us that she wanted to look further into Audrey's dimple on her lower back that was caused during development. She told us she was going to order the birth records from Good Samaritan and go over the documents regarding her dimple.She wanted to make sure that the dimple was not harmful and that all her nerves were developed and protected correctly. Well, while I was getting ready today to go grocery shopping Dr. Fachili called and stated that the pediatrician who looked over Audrey's care stated that she was concerned about her dimple and recommended doing an MRI to rule out a spinal disease that causes constipation. She put in her notes that an MRI later in Infancy was highly recommended as further evaluation. We have an MRI at Mary Bridge Children s Hospital on the 18th of this month. We all joke that she is our little good luck charm because every time the doctors have concerns about her health she proves them wrong and passes all the tests with flying colors. I am keeping my hopes up and just thinking good thoughts. On a good note, the medicine the doctor prescribed is working and working well!
